Trust building between new and existing team members

We had another great workshop with the Budapest-based football team Dinamo Torpedo!

This time we focused on trust building between new and existing team members.

Integrating new signings to replace departing team members are part of “daily life” routine in a football team’s life. It is also a very similar process to a new company hire to replace a departing employee or to expand its team .

Integrating new team members and their skills can take the performance of the group to another level or can ensure that the team continues to deliver the reliable results.

With a set of group exercises we focused revealing the identity and the values of the team and giving a chance to the new members to connect with it in a playful manner. During exercises in pairs the players had a chance to interact with their teammates and to solve creative situation together.
