I have been working in various theatres across Germany for 12 years. Ever since the beginning of my career, I have been teaching the principles of theatre to individuals and groups from different backgrounds. I am inspired by how theatre can strengthen self-expression and communication skills.
Movement has been always an important aspect of my life. My work, my nature and my body keep me awake. I love changes, new ideas and to stay flexible.

The big AHA moment came 6 years ago when I met with applied improvisation while working at Morgan Stanley. Since then, I have been exploring how impro helps in decision making and community building within a "business" environment. Facilitating workshops in various communities.
In addition, I cooperate with a Berlin-based social circus and I am always ready to jump into a football game or jump on a surfboard.
How improvisation helped Peter:
“While I was crunching the numbers for extensive hours at Morgan Stanley, balancing between Hong Kong, New York, London and Central European time-zones; I was on the edge of breakdown. Although my colleagues were great people, the constant stress that comes with investment banking and the lack of time for authentic interactions shrank my world.
Thanks to the company´s training program, I met with Applied Improvisation which inspired me to take Improvisation Theatre classes on weekly basis. Gradually I started to feel alive again and my life became easier.
The impro mindset that helps on stage – build on what is given, let go, be truthful to your character – proved to be immensely useful at business as well as in my personal life.
It helped me at work to think on my feet, to respond to challenges on the spot; it made me lighter and more adaptive and I started to deal with pressing deadlines in a more resourceful way. Only later I realised that my personal life became better also thanks to adapting the impro mindset. I become more aware and social, started to make new friends, went back to playing football again and became active in charitable circles. Basically, the life became more fun!” - Peter

But which Fox flies?
Conventional wisdom says that educational programs must feel serious and if you feel good during a learning experience then it must not have been a worthwhile program. Conventional wisdom also says that foxes don´t fly. While the law of physics and gravity apply to foxes, we want to break with conventions and show that workplace learning can be fun and educational at the same time. In fact, when one acquires knowledge while having fun, the effect will last longer.
