“We had great fun; we laughed and learned a lot.” - Teambuilding at the Finkenkrug Schule.

The management of the Berlin-based Finkenkrug-Schule had a great idea to organize “Study Days” - a couple of days for their staff, pedagogues and colleagues - during which they could reconnect with each other after the last years marked by coronavirus restrictions.

During these days we had an uplifting teambuilding workshop with the teachers of the school.

The aim of our workshop was that the teachers have a shared fun experience – and they get to know each other on a personal level to boost employment fulfillment and engagement.

Applied improvisation turned out to be a great tool as it creates an atmosphere of positive purpose while the participants are active themselves.
