Tailor-Made Leadership Training: Adaptability, Status Awareness, and Storytelling

Recently, Peter had the opportunity to deliver a personalized, one-on-one leadership training for Szilárd, an entrepreneur looking to enhance his leadership skills. Over the course of three interactive, hour-long online workshops, they explored key leadership topics using the applied improvisation method.

The training was customized to Szilárd’s needs and focused on three essential areas:
